Texturizing solutions

Cargill is an industry leader in the manufacturing and sale of functional ingredients for the food industry. We have 34 production plants and 12 application laboratories around the world, serving the local as well as global food industry with texturizing solutions.

We have a wide range of products, including hydrocoloids, starches, proteins, lecithins, cultures and functional systems, that allow us to provide significant added value to the development of food products ranging from the meat industry to dairy, as well as confectionery, drinks and fruit preparations.

From the Rubí plant, we distribute to the national and international market those functional mixtures, basically for the meat industry, and emulsifiers manufactured in Spain, as well as all the other products in the Cargill Texturizing Solutions portfolio.
