Our bottling and marketing oils business is focused on the wholesale and professional sectors.
Our plants, in several European countries, are subject to the strictest quality and food safety controls: ISO 9001, IFS, BRC and HACCP. In Spain the production plant is in Seville.
In wholesale, we are market leaders in white label products in Spain, supplying leading national chains.
Our range of products includes a large selection both kinds of oil (extra virgin olive, pure olive, olive pomace, sunflower, high-oleic, frying oils, etc) as well as formats.
We also market our traditional brands, Saflor sunflower oil and Agroliva olive oil.
Activity in the hotel, restaurant, and catering sector began in 1996 with the marketing of oils under the Risso™ name in 10 and 25 litres formats, through an extensive network of hotel sector distributors in Spain and Portugal.
Today, Risso™ oils are the leading brand in the sector with business based on innovation, development of the brand and the distribution network.
In October 2007 Cargill and Hojiblanca joined forces in a joint venture that combines Hojiblanca’s expertise as the world’s largest olive oil producer with Cargill’s well-established global network of vegetable oil customers to source, trade and supply olive oil to customers worldwide.
